Edward Bethke
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Edward Bethke has over 20 years' experience in corporate and institutional banking across all asset classes and transactions with a focus on deal lead and deal structuring including onshore and offshore M&A, asset backed arrangements and contracted cash flow backed financings.
Prior to co-founding IronArch, Edward was a director of the corporate originations team at Westpac Institutional Bank.
Justin Sweeting
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Justin Sweeting has extensive experience across financial markets, principally involved in working with corporate clients to achieve strategic outcomes across acquisition financing, expansion capital for high growth companies, and optimising capital structures.
Prior to co-founding IronArch, Justin held CFO roles at the NBFI Octet Group Holdings Pty Ltd and the ASX listed Kelly Partners Holdings Limited (ASX:KPG).
Steve Smith
MANAGING DIRECTOR AND GENERAL COUNSEL
Steve Smith has over 25 years' experience structuring and executing complex financing transactions accessing a variety of local and global sources of capital and assisting corporates to work through significant events. He has a reputation for achieving outstanding commercial outcomes while helping clients build strong long-term relationships with stakeholders.
Prior to co-founding IronArch, Steve was a partner in the Global Loans team at leading international law firm, Ashurst.

The Bridge’s iconic structure symbolises strength, stability and connectivity.
It’s opening in 1932 was a focus for optimism in the depths of the Great Depression. Spanning over 500 metres and soaring 134 metres above the iconic harbour, the bridge in its architectural and engineering beauty brought together the North Shore and the Sydney CBD, connecting and accelerating vital transport links and allowing Sydney to rapidly expand and grow.
Today, we draw inspiration from the innovation of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. At IronArch, we arrange elegant financing solutions which allow our clients to cross boundaries, expand, grow and accelerate their businesses and this is reflected in our logo which pays subtle homage to the engineering and architectural beauty of the bridge.
